1) Agent/Customer Comments:
Customer received a call for our add campaign checking up to see if he was interested in being removed from our �not to be called again list�; he requested that he talk to a supervisor. I took the call; the customer was very upset that he received a call from us.

Fred let me know that back in April he requested not to be called, because he was being bombarded with phone calls from our company. I apologized and let him know that I would talk to the employee and also put in his account information on the �not to be called again list.�

Fred than let me know that he already received a letter from our company stating that he was already on the �not to be called again list�, and because we did call he�ll bring the matter to his lawyer.

He than asked for another letter by December 1st, I advised that I would contact the proper people, but couldn't guarantee when he would receive it. He also requested the name of my supervisor or someone from our company to call him on Tuesday 23rd, at 3pm to further discuss this matter.

Fred also mentioned that when his driver leaves he tells him to have a �Blessed day� and occasionally �harasses� him about living in sin and gives Fred brochures promoting the drivers church. Fred would like to know what in the hell does religion have to do with delivering packages. I apologized.

2) Manager Comments:

Have forwarded complaint to the �not to be called again list� department and advised them to escalate customers account to the super duper, �you bet your sweet ass you best not ever call this cocksucker again list.�

In addition, complaint has been forwarded to station managers and instructions have been given to crucify the driver on the customer�s front lawn for a period not to exceed 48 consecutive hours. Driver will also have his pay docked for time missed while being crucified and will send photographic confirmation just as soon as driver completes writing �I am not a prophet and will not bless the customers� on the black board 1000 times.

Finally, complaint has been forwarded to the legal department, because they all need a good laugh.

Please note; customer has been added to Santa�s �naughty� list as well as reserved himself a special place in hell on the �blasphemes non-believer� list and account has been added to the �we are never going to deliver a fucking thing on time to this asshole ever again� list.
