Last week I called customer service regarding which airbill to use when sending a package to Puerto Rico, domestic or international. The representative informed me that "They want to be part of the United states but they are not." I in turn told her that we are part of the United States as well as US citizens. Which she replied "Oh and your real fucking proud of that aren't you." I was quite disgusted with her remark and didn't use your service, nor will I ever use the service of such a blatantly racist company. I'm hoping that not everyone in your customer service department shares her views. Perhaps in the future your representative will wants to assist the customer and not insult and alienate them.
2) Reply Comments: Forwarded to Corporate Customer Relations for handling due to �sensitive nature� of complaint. Unable to locate a customer service manager that will, "touch this with a ten foot pole." Thanks - Martin
